PDQCareers.com and CT Engineering became partners to some of America's finest employers and staffed call centers, finance offices and large and small private and governmental organizations in 33 states. She sold to Select Staffing in 2006, who after subsequent acquisitions, became America's largest privately held staffing firm. She has received over 20 prestigious awards including Entrepreneur of the Year by the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, The Artemis Award by the European American Women's Council, America's Finest Employer by her employees, and Bank One & Working Woman Magazines top award for Customer Service. Today Patty delights in coaching professionals and entrepreneurs in achieving their goals, helping people meet objectives and navigate choppy waters. Her clients include artists, writers, chief executive officers, physicians and entrepreneurs - the thing they all have in common is a desire for a more impactful career and meaningful life.
