Catalyst Presents Jim Catchcart

Jim Catchcart joined Catalyst on Tuesday night at the University Club to share wisdom and stories with the wonderful turnout of Santa Barbarans who attended. Jim is a motivation expert, founder of Cathcart Insitute, Inc., professional speaker, and bestselling author.

Some of the things Jim shared were his "Grandma Factor" (for why on earth he ate at McDonals every day for 6 years in a row!), why he encouraged his son to take any job at the Four Seasons (because it would make him a better person and a better professional), why "shouldn't" is a useless concept, and the importance of not what or who you know, but who is glad to know you.
